After over a decade of devotion to the elliptical, I really needed a new way to lose this winter weight. I have found it:
The Helix works a whole new set of muscles -- and after 20 minutes the other day, I was really feeling it. Which was good and much needed.
That is, when I actually get to the YMCA and use it. Full disclosure: I can't kick this cold. I cannot figure out if this is a new cold or a continuation of my January cold, but I can't remember the last time that I was sick two months in a row. I am not sure it has ever happened. And it sucks.
We bit the bullet last week and bought the Fitbit Aria scale which syncs with my FitBit. It is pretty cool I admit. It asked us to name it so we christened it Col. Pound.
But -- if I ever get back to the Y, I do have a new gym groove:
Now I am of the generation that there is only one Prince, but this Prince Royce fellow is pretty good too.
